Founded 1974, acquired present status and title 1980. A Pan African Regional Management Development Centre owned by 10 member governments from the Eastern and Southern African region (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Namibia and Seychelles).
